I have been a Private Chef for 2 years, bringing exciting new menus to the tastebuds of Dorset.
Imagine having someone else prepare fine dining, top quality food, for you and your guests, from your kitchen. Choose from my unique luxury dining experience menus based upon your preferred budget. Create a memorable private dinner party in the comfort of your own home. I can cater for your special holiday accommodation in Dorset, business events, parties or small events.
Private Chef – How does it work?
Firstly, take a look at both menus and choose which is best suited to you and your event.
Secondly, please pick two dishes, per course, from your chosen menu below, that you feel will excite the taste buds of your guests.
Use my availability enquiry form so that you can email me with contact details, proposed date of event and possible number of guests. (minimum 6 people).

What Happens When I Receive Your Enquiry?
I will reply to your email which will confirm my availability on your desired date. To manage expectations I will aim to respond within 48 hours, subject to work commitments to discuss your enquiry.
I prefer the personal, face to face meeting so we will arrange to meet so that we can chat about everything. We will finalise details on the week before.
What Happens the Week Before your Chef JPS Event?
Firstly, I will need confirmation of guest numbers.
On the day I will have done the shopping and get to work in your kitchen, even talking you through what I am doing if this is of interest.
Is there anything you need to do on the night?
Firstly, look forward to your evening, knowing you will not be needed in the kitchen, you are a guest too.
Please ensure your kitchen and dining room are clean and there is enough room for me to work, prepare and serve the meals. Firstly, please don’t forget to make sure your dishwasher is empty so I can clean some items as I work! Secondly, please make sure all your hobs and ovens are working so I can cook up some magic. Last but not least, remember I will bring my own crockery and pans so please make sure you have enough cutlery, glasses and drinks for all of your guests and design your table plan!
At the end of the evening, no need to worry about washing up, that will be up to me and, if required, my waiter/waitress super helper. We will leave your kitchen tidy too.
